Our team’s mission is to bring the most advanced Korean innovation and wisdom available in a way that is versatile, affordable and created for all.

AAPI- and female-founded, our fearless leader and Co-Owner, Cindy Lee, is a serial entrepreneur and a trailblazer in K-beauty and fashion. For 25+ years, Cindy acted as the Founder and head designer of a women’s apparel line, based in Los Angeles. Traveling to Korea often to visit family, Cindy saw first-hand the growth of Korean made skincare and cosmetics. At the time, these products and quality weren’t widely accessible back home in the states.

She was inspired to share her culture’s knowledge and expertise that has made it the beauty capital of the world, and help people everywhere look and feel their best through play, discovery and joy. Cindy’s vision for LAPCOS is to continue to emerge as an accessible beauty leader, and make effective, ingredient-driven wellness available to all people – celebrating and promoting beauty in its infinite forms.
